Included in the Get Going Duffle Bag Kit:

Kona cotton fabrics of various colors, cut to approximate size for piecing the exterior; YKK molded plastic #5 zipper; enough1 1/2’’ heavyweight polypropylene webbing for the main bag strapping, D rings, and interior lining fabric.

Also Included: Modern Improv Quilting: Be the Boss of Your Design, by Laura Veenema (published by C&T Publishers)

*Colors of fabric and materials will vary. Each kit is picked out by a member of the NSQ team and approved by Laura to get that New Song Quilting color vibe. Each kit contains fabric pieces to make checkerboard side pockets and the same-style pieced body as shown in the Get Going Duffle Bag chapter of Modern Improv Quilting .

NOT Included in the Get Going Duffle Bag Kit:

• Instructions! That’s what you need the book for.

• Batting! Grab your own batting (wool, cotton, or Bosal all work well) as we did not included it In this kit.

• Canvas bottom! The canvas bottom that is shown in Modern Improv Quilting is not included in this kit. Either grab your own from the fabric shop or skip it!

• Shoulder strap! The optional shoulder strap (with clips) is not included.

• Sewing machine, thread, cutting tools, ironing supplies, audiobook, chocolate snackies. Some or all of these items may also be needed to complete your Get Going Duffle Bag.
